Applebee's used to be my absolute favorite place to go eat! I simply loved the Oriental Chicken Salad. My last visit there was mediocre. The salad was just ok. I was disappointed.

I used to love Applebee's. But in the past 2 years the food quality and service have gone downhill. We had an experience 4 months ago where it took 4 attemps to bring out a stake cooked well done (the first 3 attempts were frozen inside). OK...so we decided to try it one more time and get something other than steak. My boyfriend had to go up to the bar to get refills and place an order. Our server was obviously overwhelmed and none of the other staff was willing to help her or at least pitch in to salvage the dining experience for the customer. STAY AWAY...STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!! less
